Zero Spam Tolerance

Acceptable Use Policy

SendOFF delivers mission-critical emails across high-reputation IP networks. To safeguard all senders on our platform, every tenant must adhere strictly to this policy.

1. Strictly Prohibited Content & Behavior

  • Purchased, scraped, rented, or third-party mailing lists.
  • Phishing, spear-phishing, credential theft, or social engineering campaigns.
  • Payloads containing malware, ransomware, or deceptive redirection links.
  • Sending unsolicited commercial bulk email (SPAM) without verifiable consent.
  • Forging sender headers, Envelope From domains, or falsifying Return-Path information.

2. Deliverability Quality Thresholds

Accounts sending via SendOFF are continuously monitored by automated reputation safeguards:

Max Complaint Rate

< 0.08%

FBL & Gmail Spam Rate Limit
Max Hard Bounce Rate

Permanent 5.x.x failure limit

3. Unsubscribe & Suppression Requirements

Marketing and bulk emails must contain a clearly visible one-click unsubscribe header (RFC 8058) and working footer link. When a recipient unsubscribes or reports a complaint, they are automatically added to your suppression list and never retried.
